All products offered by ourselves (excluding lamps) carry a 5 year guarantee against electrical failure. In the unlikely event of any failure other than that caused by installer error or abuse, Cheshire Electrical Decor promise to replace that item like for like. This guarantee is limited to that of replacing any faulty item and does not cover any costs of installing the same.

We are also happy to refund in full the cost of any item offered (less any Carriage charges) if the goods are returned to ourselves (in the original packaging and in resaleable condition) within 7 days of receipt should you be less than satisfied with the high quality that we offer.

We would recommend returning any item by recorded delivery.
